Many biodigester projects for dairy industry wastewater and manure have been elaborated by EDS. Wastewater treatment projects have been elaborated for sixteen dairy industries in Alagoas (eight including biodigesters). Since 2006 many biodigesters have been implemented by EDS technical team in the states of Alagoas, Paraíba and Piauí.
